Below are links to tables of data, some of them quite long, which record the principal activities of LUPTS from its formation in 1958 until its demise in 1991, but including subsequent reunion bus tours.

Several of the tables are incomplete.   Amongst information which has never come to light is:

• An accurate listing of Ordinary General Meetings from the start of the society until November 1973, after which date the whereabouts of OGM minute books are known
• Details of visits, particularly pre 1973
• Details of Annual General Meetings pre 1967; the minute book for these has never come to light
